He may be tall but he always looks you in the eye.

He doesn't enjoy work; because what he enjoys isn't work to him.

These are all things he loves to do.

But above all, he loves to direct.

Rick started working for television backstage in 1994, after which he joined ODEON in 1997 as a production assistant, becoming an assistant director in two years' time. In 2000 he took on the role of director and onwards.
